When Konami announced the limited edition version of Metal Gear Rising Revengeance was coming with a lamp, I was skeptical. The game’s concept is absurd, the game’s name is absurd, and the limited edition LAMP continues the trend of being absurd yet awesome.

The MSRP of the Sword-Lamp is a whopping $150 (which of course comes with the game), but as someone who’s plunked down more for less when it comes to Metal Gear, it’s a more functional ridiculous thing than most.
